Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred. Digital marketing certification(s) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including campaign management, strategy development, and performance analysis.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including email marketing, paid social media, SEO, SEM, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Lift and Move: Frequently handle packages and products weighing up to 50 lbs. by lifting, moving, packing, unloading, stacking, and performing other physically demanding tasks.
  • Attention to Detail:  Ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and labeling orders. Maintain a high level of precision to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with your colleagues to meet daily production goals and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing priorities and tasks within the warehouse, including cross-training in various roles. Occasional weekend requirements.
  • Organize and Maintain: Keep the warehouse clean and organized to promote efficiency and safety.
