Why preparation decides the finish

Oil Plus 2C bonds to the top fibers of raw wood, so whatever is on the surface when it goes on becomes part of the finish. Dust, filler residue, and uneven sanding all show.

Raw Wood Cleaner

Used after the final sanding and vacuuming. It electrostatically lifts the fine dust a vacuum leaves behind, flashes off quickly, and does not raise the grain. Our pro sanding tips cover the grit sequence and the common finish problems that are really sanding problems.

Woodfiller Quick

A shrink-proof powder filler for knot holes, cracks, and nail holes, in light, medium, and dark shades. It sands easily and takes Rubio Monocoat colors well.

Water popping
