Shipping policy

Free Shipping
We provide a free shipping option for the contiguous U.S. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free shipping to non-contiguous (e.g. Hawaii & Alaska) addresses. Free Shipping uses an economy method and transit times vary. If you require your shipment to arrive within a certain timeframe, you may choose the applicable rate during checkout for a fee.

Shipping policy
Most parcel orders placed by 12:00pm CST ship same day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. While we strive to always meet this expectation, occasionally under normal circumstances and/or around holidays, some parcels may not ship within the aforementioned timeframe. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may occasionally delay or disrupt shipping services.

Please note the following:

• Rubio Monocoat USA cannot guarantee delivery timelines affected by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or other force majeure events.
• We rely on carriers, who also cannot ensure delivery within their normal timelines under such conditions.
• Refunds for shipping charges will not be issued for delays caused by weather or other uncontrollable factors.

We ship via UPS & USPS. For UPS policies, please visit the UPS website. For USPS policies, please visit the USPS website.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping. For international inquiries, please contact info@rubiomonocoat.com.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us, providing your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Order information can also be view by logging into your account.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes. USPS rates available for your P.O. Box will be shown at checkout.

Refunds, returns, and exchange summary (Full Return Policy)
We accept returns up to 30 days after the order is placed, if the item is unused, unopened and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@rubiomonocoatusa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to work towards a satisfactory solution.
