A modern, refined aesthetic in a leased office space for medical and professional businesses.

In the west stairwell of the building, custom steel guardrails are paired with a grey-stained maple handrail, a subtle yet striking look. On the east side, a mono-stringer monumental staircase makes a statement, finished with matching grey maple treads for a cohesive, architectural look.

The wood on both staircases was finished using Precolor Easy "Intense Grey" and Oil Plus 2C "Ash Grey".
