After fully gutting a Victorian home in downtown Toronto's Harbord Village, a contemporary design took hold of this project. 

Featuring Douglas fir doors and windows, white oak millwork, flooring, cabinetry, and shelving, all finished with Oil Plus 2C "Ice Brown" for a cohesive look that ties this modern home together from top to bottom.

The white oak curved paneled ceiling adds interest from above that provides a break from the solar-powered skylights that bring in natural light in all the right places. 

This home also boasts polished cement and marble countertops, high-efficiency appliances, smart heating and cooling, and a 500-square-foot addition.
