this product is awesome. I used it after using a tack cloth and it provides that extra dust cleaning without having to strain a muscle wiping.
My experience use RWC was fine. After spending significant money on oil plus 2c, I was not going to do anything to compromise the application. The instructions say to clean with RWC, so that’s what I did. There wasn’t an obvious difference in the wood floor after cleaning. Did I get played?
Hi Kelly, the best way to see how effective the Raw Wood Cleaner is would be to check the rag as you are cleaning the surface. You should notice that a considerable amount of dust is picked up, even after vacuuming off the surface prior to cleaning.
This is super easy to use. I just poured a little on a clean rag and wiped the floor. I was amazed how much sawdust came up after vacuuming. There is a slight smell similar to mineral spirits but not over powering.
It is a great product. VERY close to mineral spirits. Unfortunately, it was delivered leaking. It was half gone, no label, and saturated packing materials upon arrival.
